Love these bites! I mainly use them as a quick, easy way to get something nutritious in me before my morning coffee, and they also make a great pre-workout snack. Loved every flavor I’ve tried so far! Also, wish I could give a 6th star for their customer service - they were helpful, kind, and made things right after a situation I had with shipping.

I love Midi Kids. I first discovered these at Sprouts (who is unfortunately no longer carrying them) when I was looking for something small and nutritious for a pre-workout snack. I wanted good stats and something light. These fit the bill perfectly!

We bought a couple bags of the peanut bites at a farmers market and loved them so much we bought more the next day. They are the perfect little treats to satisfy a sweet tooth without ingesting a million calories, plus they’re great for a little energy boost while hiking. The only thing is they are supposed to be refrigerated so you can’t keep them out for too long so it is kind of hard to do long hikes with them if all you have is a small backpack.

These are great to grab after a workout, they taste amazing. My favorites are almond and peanut! I have my whole family eating them now. We love Midi Bites!!!
